Revealing hidden widgets in spaces
A page might have hidden widgets on it. You can reveal these widgets to edit them or to make them visible on the page.
About this task
A hidden widget is fully functional but does not display on a page. When you are editing the page, you can see the hidden widgets in the hidden content area. You can edit them like a visible widget or you can make them visible on the page.
Procedure
- Click Edit Page and then click
. The hidden content area
opens and displays the widgets that are not displaying on the page.
You can now edit the hidden widget. - Optional: To make a hidden widget visible,
drag the widget from the hidden content area onto the page. Tip: You can also click the menu icon
of the hidden widget and then select Display.
The widget moves from the hidden content to a default location on
the page. You can then drag it to the location you want.Restriction: If you are using product spaces on an iPad, you cannot drag a widget. Instead, use the Display option described in the tip and then use the Move options to reposition it.
